Tonk - Sawai Madhopur

The Tonk – Sawaimadhopur project will be executed on two important National Highways, i.e. NH-12 and NH-116.  The project starts from Tonk City and ends at Sawaimadhopur, two important districts of Rajasthan, dotted with marvellous architectural monuments, ponds and lakes. Sawaimadhopur is also the gateway to the Ranthambhor National Park.  Development of this section will help reduce the travel time to this world-renowned National Park, which is a famous tiger reserve, and promote tourism in the region.

Nature of Work: Two-laning with paved shoulder of the 67 km stretch on the Tonk – Sawai Madhopur section of NH-116 in the State of Rajasthan on an EPC basis.

Manoharpur - Dausa

The Manoharpur-Dausa road connects two important National Highways i.e. NH-8 and NH-11.  Starting from Dausa on NH-11 and ending at Manoharpur on NH-8, it traverses through two important districts of Rajasthan, i.e. Jaipur and Dausa.  The nodal towns / villages on the stretches are Manoharpur, Sainthal and Dausa.   The stretch also passes through Jamwa Ramgarh Wild Life Sanctuary.  After 4-laning of the stretch, it will reduce the travel time from Delhi to Dausa, Bharatpur and other tourist destinations in the region. The project will entail realignment of 1.13 km length at 3 locations; a slip road which is 6.97 km in length, one half clover leaf grade separator; 3 Vehicular Underpasses and 2 Pedestrian Underpass/Cattle Underpass.

Yamuna - Expressway

Nature of work: Construction of pavements and a haulage road by embankments, subgrades, GSBs and culverts. Also involved construction of bridges and VUP's for the Yamuna Expressway.

Achievement: When H.G. Infra embarked on this challenging project it had never built an expressway before. This was the largest project in the Company’s existence. It was also the first time the Company was stepping out of Rajasthan. The Company invested in people, equipment and processes to strengthen project control as the project needed to be delivered with speed. As H.G. Infra completed it on schedule, the customer was so appreciative that it increased the scope of the Company’s project from Rs 77 crore to Rs130 crore.

Kishangarh- Ajmer-Beawar

Nature of work: Six-laning of a stretch of the road (from Km. 364.125 to Km. 58.245) on the Kishangarh-Ajmer-Beawar section of National Highway No. 8.

Achievement: The upgradation work was intricate, as it involved raising the formation level wherever required, widening of existing two-lane roads into six-lane divided carriageways, pavement strengthening and provision of flyovers, drains, service roads, sidewalks, pedestrian crossing, cattle crossing, underpasses, bus bays and truck lay byes, etc., and most importantly, widening and strengthening of existing two lanes to three lanes and providing additional three lanes with a median in-between. One of the greatest challenges of this project was to create six-lane roads over bridges and manned level crossings. Nevertheless, H.G. Infra completed this assignment within the scheduled time, most satisfactorily.

Achievement: When H.G. Infra was awarded the 9km Agra Ring Road Project skirting the iconic Taj Mahal, it was anything but an ordinary undertaking. For one, the Agra Development Authority project warranted the creation of an elevated roadway. Besides, the Company was required to take a number of environment-respecting precautions and make extensive provisions. Besides, the Company had never worked on a project of this nature before. However, it responded with adequate safeguards, investments and protocols. This prestigious project was completed on schedule. The client was pleased not just with the timely delivery but the fact that H.G. Infra had responded with remarkable responsibility and sensitivity that resulted in complete community acceptance.

Jaipur- Tonk-Deoli

Nature of work: Construction involved in four-laning of a segment of the Jaipur-Tonk-Deoli section of NH-12 in the state of Rajasthan.

Achievement: In 2010, H.G. Infra was awarded a 63 km road building project between Jaipur and Deoli in Rajasthan by IRB. It was the Company’s first four-laning project. The bituminous nature of the project would take time. There was every possibility that the timeline would be missed. H.G. Infra responded with a distinctive spirit. Sub-teams were created. A day-by-schedule was planned. Deviations from the plan were highlighted for immediate correction. The result is that the Company completed the project on schedule. The customer was so delighted that it raised the project allocation size of Rs 257 crore to Rs 364 crore, strengthening the Company’s recall as a dependable partner. .

Nandagaon - Morshi

The route between Amravati and Pandhurna caters to a mix of long distance commercial traffic, as well as the local population, as MSH-10 links the state of Maharashtra to its neighbouring states, especially Madhya Pradesh. It also carries domestic and international tourists to popular travel destinations such as Melghat Tiger Reserve and Pachmarhi Hill Station in addition to passing alongside Soffia power plant and being adjacent to a textile zone. Development and improvement of this route into a two-carriageway with paved shoulder will facilitate a reduction in transportation cost, enhance speed of travel and safety and reduce vehicle emissions. At the same time, due to the use of appropriate engineering solutions implemented, it will cause minimum impact on the environmentally and entail minimal land acquisition.

Nature of Work: Rehabilitation and Upgradation of a stretch on the Amravati-Nandgaon-Morshi-Warud-Pandhurna National Highway between Nandgaon and Morshi. It will involve two-laning with paved shoulders on an EPC basis.
