HG Care - Adoption of Villages Program [Holistic Rural Development Program (HRDP)] is a CSR initiative to transform the villages into ‘model villages’ through holistic and sustainable development backed up by futuristic and progressive skills leading to higher levels of productivity and improvement in overall quality of life at the community level.
The program aims to have an integrated approach towards education and skill development, infrastructure enhancement, livelihood, healthcare with a special focus on sanitation & drinking water, women empowerment, vocational training for rural youths, sensitizing the use of green energy and environment.
The Key objectives of the program include Infrastructural Enhancement, Development of an Innovative Learning Ecosystem, Inclusion & Easy Access to Resources & Schemes, Better Health & Hygiene, Skill Development.
The key focus areas of the program are Infrastructure, Education, Health, Livelihood and Natural Resource Management.
The program is currently being implemented in Udaipur, Rajsamand and Sirohi districts of Rajasthan, India.
HG Ki Pathshala
HG Ki Pathshala is a CSR initiative for the adoption of government schools and hostels for their holistic advancement through physical infrastructure development, academic transformation and access to digital technology.
The program aims to provide education support at multi stages of learning to students in schools/hostels/education centres to create a holistic joyful learning environment with employment enhancing vocational skills.
The program entails infrastructure development, academic transformation and access to digital technology. It emphasises four key areas in schools: enhancing infrastructure, establishing a smart learning ecosystem, implementing engaging learning interventions, and conducting capacity building for teachers and students.
The program is currently being implemented in Jaipur, Sirohi, Udaipur and Rajsamand districts of Rajasthan, India.
Tribal Hostel Transformation Project under HG Ki Pathshala is a unique holistic intervention designed to impact the ecosystem at Tribal Hostels in a multi-dimensional way to develop these residential hostels into ‘Model Hostels’.
The programme focuses on three areas: enhancing infrastructure, establishing a smart learning ecosystem and conducting regular engaging learning interventions.
The program is currently being implemented at various tribal hostels in Sirohi district of Rajasthan, India.
Its goal is to create better infrastructure and foster an innovative learning environment for the benefit of tribal students.
Road School Program Under HG Ki Pathshala
It is a transformative educational initiative designed to address the profound educational disparity faced by children in remote areas near national highways in India. This project aims to provide these marginalized communities with accessible, equitable, and high-quality education, with a primary focus on foundational numeracy and literacy skills, while promoting mother tongue learning in alignment with the new education policy.
The Program is currently being implemented at Kundra Majhra village in Budaun district of Uttar Pradesh, India.
HGIEL Scholarships
HGIEL Scholarships aim to improve and facilitate the literacy levels in various sections of society by providing financial support to the well-deserving students, including women empowerment through a 50% reservation of the scholarships for girl students.
The program benefits the students at PAN India basis.

Barren Community Land Transformation Program: This initiative aims to transform a barren land into a thriving forest by actively involving the local community in tree planting and nurturing activities.
